As President of Kingdom Legacy Development, she leads efforts to revitalize underserved neighborhoods through equitable housing, infrastructure investment, and workforce development. Rudo has successfully managed multiple large-scale projects in South Dallas, including the MLK Wellness Center and Kingdom South Apartments, ensuring alignment between economic growth and community impact.

Ty Whitmire
Ty Whitmire is an accomplished educator, leader, and community advocate dedicated to empowering young people through service, equity, and access. His early experiences in the classroom, particularly supporting students who lacked basic necessities, fueled his passion for creating meaningful change beyond school walls.This passion led Ty to found Kickz Start, a nonprofit organization committed to redistributing gently worn shoes and essential items to local homeless shelters. Today, Ty serves as a high school principal, where he continues to champion student success, build strong community partnerships, and lead with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

As Treasurer, she oversees fiscal management, budgeting, and compliance for Kingdom Legacy Development.
