What People Are Saying
“What an incredible week at Legacy Builders Camp!
These students learned financial literacy in a hands on way by managing mock family budgets, making financial decisions, exploring entrepreneurship, and discovering what it takes to build a successful career in real estate. They worked out with Nick Fellows of G3 Health Club…connecting mind and body for business. They even experienced the process of negotiating and closing a real estate deal.
Watching these young leaders grow was inspiring. They are the next generation of business owners, developers, and community leaders who will shape the future of Dallas for years to come.”
— Carla Lankford“The past few days, I had the privilege of being an integral part of something truly legendary.
We gave teens across South Dallas a fighting chance by exposing them to real estate, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and the belief that their future can be greater than their circumstances. Watching these students realize they have the ability to build wealth, create businesses, and leave a legacy that impacts their families and community was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever been a part of.
South Dallas is not forgotten. This is only the beginning.
The future is bright, and great things are ahead. ””
— Rochelle Lamoy Clark“This experience has stirred something deeper in me. I’m making a commitment to continue investing in the lives of the youth in South Dallas and to be part of the change this community needs.”
— Parent of Kid who participanted“The camp was something that was truly unexpected!! Just seeing these teens excited about real estate and entrepreneurship.
My son was excited to go all 3 days. He learned how to save money and that when starting a business it’s okay to fail because failures will lead to success. And if the money is not in your budget, don’t spend it. ”
